The team, led by former Ryder Cup captain and leading player Mark James and Managing Director Andrew Mair, have between them unparalleled experience and expertise in their field.

Master Golf Academies

One of the most exciting recent developments in golf, Master Golf is rapidly developing a network of golf starter centres which will combine state of the art learning, with a family friendly environment.

This unique concept of 'sport for all' will provide a facility for experienced players, beginners and 'fun' players alike and will include retail and eating experiences.

Burgham Park

Designed and the construction managed by A World of Golf, Burgham Park in Northumberland has developed into one of the most successful complexes in the North of England.

Highland Club, Ouro Preto, Brazil

A very exciting new development planned for 2012 Brazil. The Highland Club will include an18 hole championship golf course ,tennis & golf academy, 5 star hotel & wellness centre and residential fairway housing.

A World of Golf International have done the initial Masterplan and have now been retained to find suitable financial partners to complete the development.

Mark James

Mark James is one of the most respected names in World golf. A former Ryder Cup captain with 18 European Tour victories on his CV, Mark now plays in American Seniors Tour and is a mainstay of the BBC's golf coverage.

As Director of Golf he adds his considerable experience worldwide to the design and marketing of golf projects.

Andrew Mair

Former professional golfer Andrew Mair has been Managing Director of the business since 1987.

One of the most experienced golf complex experts in the UK, Andrew's particular skills lie in course design and management and in all aspects of golf academies and 'starter centres'.
